Acura rdx awd 2016compact suvs or crossovers, are hot vehicles these days, especially at the luxury end of the marketplace. The acura rdx is very much in the luxury mode, with finish and amentiies (a ghastly word) that stand out impressively in a crowded group of competitors. Earlier versions of the rdx had firmer suspension and were more oriented toward performance, this version, introduced in 2013, caters to the average consumer, and sales have skyrocketed—with good reason. The legroom for the back seats is ample and the baggage space greater than average, important plusses. The freeway performance is exceptionally smooth, testimony to the v6, with an attractive feature that shuts down cylinders automatically when possible to enhance fuel economy. Off the freeway, i shifted into sport and used the paddles to play with the gears on twisty roads. The rdx was a delight—nimble, fast when needed, with excellent steering and absolute composure, even when pushed into corners. On country roads, the handllng and performance are outstanding, whether in automatic or using the six gears in sport. Easy to drive, and easily driven fast by average drivers, this is an exceptional crossover, which is eminently practical for daily chores. The rdx appeals to a broad range of family drivers, for it works for both more prosaic chores and for fun on the road. This maroon rdx has but 7,800 miles on the clock and is in as new condition. Carefully checked out, and loaded with desirable options, it is great fun to drive. This is a vehicle that is easy to love and to keep for a long time. A very nice car priced well below new.
