Audi rs6 sedan, 2016· fast, very fast indeed with superb handling,· luxurious, understated speed,· put it in manual and take to the mountains,· omg! Perfection in automobiles! The rs6 is overkill in daily drivers, with a 450-hp v-8 with two turbochargers attached to the 4. 2-liter power plant. The rs6 has slightly stiffer shocks than the standard a6 and 18-inch wheels, also what audi calls dynamic ride control that dampens different corners of the car when need be, the cabin is basically standard audi, except for wood trim or carbon fiber trim and perforated leather on the steering wheel and shift lever knob. The only extras are a superb navigation system and rear air bags. I would stay in automatic, as i would on the freeway. This is a wonderfully smooth long distance traveler that is quiet and luxurious. The maximum controlled speed in all markets is 155, although a higher speed is possible without it. When i flipped the gearshift to the right into sport manual, i had a wonderful time. The car is uncannily controlled among hairpins and slaloms, with absolutely fingertip control. The rs6 is itching to play and play very fast, it’s that sort of automobile. It’s easy to drive, but there is certainly a learning curve to get everything out of it. When i reached my favorite deserted straight and put my foot down, the acceleration was truly dramatic, accompanied by a refined growl, but nothing less than civilized to the ear. 0 to 60 is said to be in the 5 second range, which is seriously fast. The audi rs6 can only be described as a delicious automobile that is one of the best sports sedans on the planet. This extraordinary car will appeal to serious drivers and people who want to go fast. Yet it carries five in comfort and is a superb long distance car. For a combination of luxury and truly stellar performance, there are few sedans to touch it. The all-aluminum-bodied audi a8 is offered in two lengths, standard and long (designated "l"), and with two different engines. A 4-zone climate control, power door and trunklid closers, electric side and rear sunshades and a rear-seat entertainment system with twin 6. 5-inch screens are also standard. Optional on both is a more powerful, fully digital 1000-watt bang & olufsen advanced sound system, with 14 speakers. Special options on the a8 include a solar-cell sunroof that circulates fresh air while the car is parked, dual-paned security glass, power lumbar support for the rear seats, and rear climate control. W12 models can truly be optioned up to bentley levels, with an available personal refrigerator, a full dashboard leather package, and huge 20-inch forged alloy wheels. The high-performance s8 model is powered by a lamborghini-derived 5. 2l v10 engine making 450-horsepower, mated to a 6-speed tiptronic automatic and capable of reaching 60 mph in only five seconds. Thanks to audi drive select, steering and throttle are adjustable, as is transmission behavior. Inside in most models there's 3- or 4-zone automatic climate control and ventilated seats are available. In addition, there are some standout technology features, such as built-in wifi connection, google earth maps for the navigation system and integrated google local search. The a6 is also strong on safety features, with a pre sense system, which initiates protective measures if it anticipates a collision, included in all a6 models. There's also available adaptive cruise control and an audi side assist option that warns of vehicles potentially in the driver's blind spot. Those willing to splurge on options are also able to get a night-vision assistant and head-up display, as well as the phenomenal 1,300-watt, 15-speaker bang & olufsen advanced sound system. A 630-watt, 14-speaker bose surround sound system is also available. A "cylinder on demand" system can temporarily shut some cylinders off to save fuel, while active engine mounts and active noise cancellation keep the vibration at bay. Please see the independent review below:audi a3 quattroa3 is audi’s entry level offering, which has a deserved reputation for being fun to drive. The quattro all-wheel drive variant, now reorganized into another option of the car, is much sought after by people who are looking for a fast, versatile automobile. The a3 is very comfortable with nice seats and well-finished interior. It’s a trifle austere by the standards of some of the more expensive audis, but is thoroughly practical. This is a surprisingly nimble automobile with a vigorous power plant, perfectly comfortable crawling along in thick traffic, but ready to leap ahead nicely when the opportunity arises. By any standards, this is a versatile car as a daily driver, with impressive fuel economy to make it even better. This is a nice commuter and daily urban car, with enough acceleration to turn even a prosaic errand into a fun drive. Use the gears and the car surges ahead eagerly onto the freeway, where sixth gear comes into its own. Being, like all audis, performance oriented, the suspension is a trifle stiff, but nothing to worry about. Precise steering and a very flexible third gear make cornering a breeze, with second for the steeper hairpins. The sure-footedness of the car makes for nice lines out of corners. I found myself using the brakes very little as i progressed along my favorite mountain highway at a very respectable average speed. One can attack corners fast and accelerate out of them quite aggressively. The car is just as composed on wider country highways and is clearly able to maintain high (and illegal) speeds for long distances. This is a car that is in demand among discerning drivers and they are becoming increasingly hard to find. This is a nice example with relatively modest mileage with desirable options and the added benefit of quattro all-wheel drive. That europeans have adopted these in droves speaks volumes—i’ve rented them in europe on several occasions and always thoroughly enjoyed myself with them. Understated, yet elegant.
